The problem
Berliam provides trained, certified people to Chile's mining industry, with more than 400 workers rotating across remote sites. Attendance, training and certifications were tracked in WhatsApp chats, spreadsheets and paper forms.
Staff spent six to eight hours every week consolidating that data, and proving who was certified for what was close to impossible.
What changed
Every worker's training and certifications now live in Praxsuite. On site, attendance and each certification stage are recorded with a QR scan, so the record exists the moment it happens.
Field operations and HR went digital in under 90 days.
